30 Days, No Question Asked
Because sometimes, life moves too fast.
For any reason, If your TVISSA saree doesn’t spark joy, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase—as long as it’s unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with its tags and original packaging intact.
- Products bought under any special offer are only eligible for exchange (product should be of the same or higher value).
- Refunds or store credits are not applicable for special offers.
- Products ordered with fall or pre-stitched can not be returned
How The Return or Exchange Works
Raise Request, Confirm, Handover. It’s that simple.
We make returns effortless: All India orders come with a prepaid return shipping label—just pack, schedule, and we’ll do the rest. For multiple returns or exchanges, please ensure one saree per tracking number.
Refunds & Exchanges
Your choice, your way.
- Money back? We process refunds within 7-10 working days of receiving the returned item.
- Prefer an exchange? Pick a different saree as you wish and pay us only the price difference in case of higher priced product. We will refund the price difference in case of lower priced products.
- Store credits? If that’s what works best for you, we’ve got you covered.
Note: Refunds and exchanges apply only to the saree purchased, not any additional packaging, gifts, or free items. Exchanged item can not be exchanged again. Only eligible for the article purchased, not any packaging or gift or free items included by us.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are handed over to our delivery partners. If the order has already been shipped, simply initiate a return post-delivery instead.
Accepted cancellations will be refunded within 7-10 working days.
Return/Exchange Price
Completely Free. Return/exchange shipping charges are on us
Damages & Packaging
If your saree arrives without tags or in damaged packaging, let us know immediately. Do not accept delivery if the package appears tampered with or unsealed.
